GENERAL

  1. The Live2D Rigger has the right to refuse the Client’s commission prior to any payment made by the Client.

  2. The Live2D Rigger has the right to refuse working with uncut models.

  3. The Client is responsible of providing a rig ready model file to the Live2D Rigger.

  4. The Live2D Rigger is not responsible of checking if the model design is agreeing to the terms of service of any streaming platform or website and will rig what is in the model file without taking responsibility for designs that may get the Customer banned on streaming platforms / socials.

  5. By accepting the TOS, the Client confirms to be aware that the rigging results are affected by the cutting and art style of the model in the provided file.

  6. The Live2d Rigger has the right, unless specified by the Client in the request form, to post the finished commission on any of their social media and sites.

  7. The Client is responsible for testing if their hardware and software is compatible with Vtube Studio and is able to run the program while streaming / recording / any other use. The Rigger is not responsible if the quality of the tracking affects the rigged model in an unsatisfactory manner.

  8. Rude or unsavoury behaviour on the part of the Client are grounds for cancellation.

  9. By ordering any work that is R-18, the Client agrees to be 18 or older.

  10. The prices do not include the PayPal fee, by commissioning the Live2D Rigger, the Client agrees to cover the PayPal fee of the commission payment.



CHARACTERIZATION

The Request form needs to contain

  • A clear description of the character and their personality;

  • (If possible or necessary) examples of poses that would suit the character or the Client would like.

  • Clear references / detailed descriptions of the toggable expressions / animations.

  • In the case of particular facial angles and/or expression guide sketches of the character, the Client must provide sketches of the character facing the side, up and down.

  • In the case that guide sketches are not provided, the Live2D Rigger has the right to rig the character in a way they find suitable.



PAYMENTS

~1~ Reservation fees

  • Any reservation fees are non-refundable;

  • Reservation fees are charged for securing a slot in the commission queue;

  • In the case that the Customer cannot provide their model file when their turn in the commission queue arrives, the Live2D Rigger will proceed with the next commission and request the file once again after it.

  • Any reservation fees will be deducted from the down payment.

~2~ Down payments and full payments

  • The Live2D Rigger will be able to start rigging the model when 50% of the total price has been paid as down payment.

  • The fully rigged model will be send to the Client only when the full payment will be received.

~3~ Refunds

  • In the event that the rigging process cannot be completed due to emergency cases and the Client is not willing to extend the deadline, a partial refund (based on the remaining progress of the rigging) and the editable file of the model will be provided. There will be no full refunds due to the progress made by the Live2D Rigger.



REVISIONS AND UPDATES

  • To examine several rig processes, including eye openings, eye and hair physics, and the start of the body movements, the Live2D Rigger will get in touch with the Client via their preferred method of communication. The Client can request edits and revisions at this stage.

  • After obtaining clips and screenshots of the rigging process, the Client is may give comments along with specific directions or confirmations. The Live2D Rigger is not responsible for the work's timeline, which is affected by the Client's response time. The Client is in charge of inspecting the quality, and any errors found must be reported to the Rigger as soon as they are identified.

  • Any unclear ideas or concepts that are not developed, well-articulated, or unclear, may be rejected as a revision request. When seeking revisions: GIFs, screenshots with annotations, and videos are recommended.

  • The Client is obligated to provide the final model file for the Live2D Rigger to work with at the start of the work. Live2d Rigger has the right to charge extra if the Client wants to update, for any reason, the model file that was provided at the beginning.

  • 3 weeks after the virtual goods transaction has been completed, any adjustments and/or revisions that are requested may incur additional fees at the Live2D Rigger's discretion.



DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Depending on the quality and complexity of the model that needs to be rigged, the Live2D Rigger might take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months.

  • Holidays are not included in the Live2D Rigger's working days.

  • The length of the turnaround time may be extended by unforeseen events like power outages, faulty equipment as well as by emergencies, accidents, and natural catastrophes.

  • The Live2D Rigger is required to update the Client on the situation and commission status. The commission's deadline is negotiable between the parties.



INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  1. The Live2D Rigger has the right to disclose commissions as a part of their portfolio, with consideration of the Client's debut date.

  2. The rigged model may be utilised by the Client for commercial purposes.

  3. In any of the following, the Client must give credit to the Live2D Rigger by using the names "Nyacho Chaotica" or "SimplyNyacho":

  • Twitch's about or credit part;

  • Twitter or other social media accounts' bio sections;

  • YouTube's about or credit section.


Only the rigged model that is ready for tracking will be delivered to the Client. The actual original editable Live2D file is not included in the virtual goods.
